Using the Multilingual Features in Your Clinic

1. You/your support staff can talk to your clients in any of the supported languages: English, Spanish, French, Chinese, Korean, and Japanese. PawfectNotes will capture the conversation then output an English SOAP/Discharge note.



To try this, you can set a secondary language. There are 2 ways to do so:





• Option 1: While recording an appointment, set a secondary language for that specific appointment only
  
  
  

• Option 2: Set a default secondary language for ALL future appointments at the account level in settings
