Set Medical Record Type

You can generate records of different types such as SOAP note, discharge note, call summary, ultrasound report, referral letter, dental note or surgery note. You can set these preferences on an individual note level or on an account level.

Set Record Type for an Individual Note

While recording, click on the record type and make your selection. This will only set the record type of this particular note - it will not impact your default settings.

Set Default Record Type for the Account

You can set a default record type for your account by going to settings and making your choice. On a single note level, you can always override the default setting during each individual recording.
